A filling, nutrient-dense salad loaded with carrots, greens, Mexican protein patties, avocado and black tahini super spread on Crispbread, with a creamy nutty dressing and a final touch of the nee SALAD SPRINKLE @vassevalley - adding healthy fats, protein, fibre, flavours & crunch (sunflower seeds, hemp, herbs & native peppercorn) to the salad 🤩 For the dressing I also added collagen from this month’s @goodnessmebox (dc: CANDY10) for an extra boost (for skin, hair, nail & gut health!)
