Weekend breakfast was this yummy protein chickpea pancake plate! Seriously these are super easy to whip up, high in protein and healthy fats to fuel you up!! .
Savoury Chickpea Protein Pancakes (recipe makes 2 pancakes)

Ingredients: 1 cup chickpea flour @mckenziesfoods 1 cup water
3 tbsp unflavoured protein powder @thirdwavenutrition_aus 2 tsp Curry powder (I used Tropical Curry @pickldit )
Pinch of salt & pepper; oil for the pan (I used @bertollioliveoil_australia )

Method: whisk everything together and cook pancake batter 1/2 cup at a time. Flip when the surface becomes matte as opposed to shiny.
