What’s in it?


EveryMite is handmade with Certified Organic Black Sesame Seeds, Coconut Amino Sauce, Himalayan Salt, and Apple Cider Vinegar with the “Mother”




What’s the difference between the versions?


The Original and the Fodmap Friendly both use Himalayan Rock Salt. The Low Aussie Salt uses Pure Australian Sea Salt and has half the amount of salt as the others. The original and the Low Aussie Salt contain less than 2 % of raw fermented garlic, onion and chilli however the Fodmap Friendly EveryMite does not have any at all.




Is it shelf stable?


Yes. It has been tested and is shelf stable even once opened. At this time we have written on the label to refrigerate after opening however this will soon change.




What is the used by date?


EveryMite has a formal 2 year Best Before date from the time it was made. It is still made in small batches to ensure it is super fresh when you get it.




Organic certification.


Whilst I use certified organic ingredients the kitchen that I use is not certified organic and therefore EveryMite is not certified organic as a result. Evidence of the certificates are on file and can be provided upon request.




Country of Origin Labelling.


The Original and the Fodmap Friendly do not contain any Australian ingredients at this time, however we are continuously trying to source local products and this may change as a result. The Low Aussie Salt contains less than 10% Australian ingredients, due to the Australian Salt used. All the ingredients used, whilst sourced from overseas, are purchased from Australian small business distributors.




Australian Owned and Made.


EveryMite is made in Brisbane and owned by a small Brisbane family.




Handmade.


EveryMite is still made by hand in small batches.




Allergy Friendly.


EveryMite contains sesame seeds. EveryMite has been tested for nuts and has been found to be safe. This labels will soon reflect this once updated. The kitchen used to make EveryMite is gluten free and formal procedures are in place to ensure there is no cross contamination with any other products produced on site.
