Chickpea eggs? You vegans are truly groundbreaking...


Who would have thought that you could reinvent the humble vegan egg beyond tofu Served with some hommus and sautéed vegetables - seasoned to the T with olive oil, chilli flakes and salt and pepper - this is a fab quick lunch fix dEATS:

- 1/2 cup Chickpea Flour - 1/2 cup Soy Milk - 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast - 1/2 tsp Turmeric - 1 tsp Dijon Mustard - 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder - 1/4 tsp Black Salt


- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder 1. Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined. The mixture should be the consistency of pancake batter 2. Heat a medium nonstick pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the chickpea egg batter and cook, mixing often, until the mixture reaches the consistency of scrambled eggs (4-6 minutes). 3.
