Brekkie Burger with EveryMite

Ingredients:
Everymite Avocado
Lemon
Tomato
Marinated Tempeh
Knowrish Well Vegan Cheese Powder
Warm Water
Baby Spinach Hemp Oil
Genius Gluten Free Bun
Table of Plenty Macadamia Dukkah
Method:
Make Cheesy Tempeh "Bacon" by mixing 1 tablespoon of the vegan cheese powder with 1 tablespoon of warm water, adding slices of marinated tempeh and baking for fifteen minutes.
Wilt baby spinach in hemp oil.
Spread the bun with EveryMite, add tomato slice, spinach, avocado with lemon, tempeh slices and sprinkle with dukkah to finish.
Enjoy! This recipe is packed with healthy fats, plant protein and fibre. Suitable for vegan diets.
