These scrolls made the perfect savoury snacks!
Filled with creamy cheezy & high-protein “Vegemite” spread and an optional yogurt-based drizzle
I used my fav Super spread @everymite - which is packed with minerals, vitamins, amino acids, protein and fibre
They are super easy to make, just mix the dough ingredients, knead & roll into rectangle shape, spread the filling over & cheese sprinkle, then roll up into a log, cut into slices and bake until golden
—— Dough: 1/2 cup chickpea flour or oat flour 2 tbsp unflavoured protein powder
3 tbsp water 1 tsp baking powder —— Fillings: 2 tbsp vegan cream cheese (I used Garlic & Chives @madewithplants + 1 tbsp Low Salt @everymite + 2 tbsp Cheese sauce mix @plantasyfoods (or sub with cheese of choice) —— Optional Drizzle: 1 tbsp cream cheese + 1 tbsp plain yogurt
