Don’t you just love cooking with fresh produce? This salad was made from all the fresh organic ingredients I got from @uniquewholefood the other day - what’s a better way to fuel your body with wholesome foods SAVE this for the MISO EGGPLANT RECIPE Let me know if you want the recipe for the Thai Corn Fritters because they taste bomb I had this salad along with Cola cultured drink @remedydrinks which tastes like coke but with extra probiotics —— Salad components: Big handfuls of leafy greens (I used Arugula), Grilled asparagus with EVOO, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes , sprinkle of Turmeric granola @padma.wellbeing , avocado and blueberries - I used @freshpaperau to keep all my fresh produce super fresh!
